Overload limiter prevent accidents occurring due to the raised load dangerously exceeding the normal value as established by the manufacturer or by the user of the lifting device. It makes a vital contribution to the safety of operatives.
This limiter model has been designed to prevent overloading when using lifting equipment such as hoists, travelling cranes etc. The limiter is delivered at the desired tare weight in order to facilitate assembly by the technical department.

How it works :
These switch needs to be placed in series with upper limit switch. Mechanical over load limiter has high safety, stability, and sensible with large adjustable range suitable for all models and capacity.

After fixing the limit switch you need to lift the limiting load of known value and set the set screw provided to cut off the upward motion. This switch needs to be placed in series with upper limit switch.
